As that state has some of the strictest environmental laws and regulations in the country, it should give the consumer peace of mind that they are purchasing a product with strong environmental credentials. However, the lack of disclosure of their silicate-to-water blend could potentially be problematic for any consumer serious about protecting their concrete.
