KILZ 1-Part Epoxy Acrylic Concrete & Garage Floor Paint is a water-based, single-component floor paint for garages, basements, porches and pool decks. It’s sold at Walmart, Lowe’s and other retailers in silver gray, slate gray and tint bases.

What It Is
It’s a ready-to-use floor paint with epoxy added for toughness. KILZ says it resists hot tire pickup, scuffing, fading, cracking, peeling and blistering. Bare concrete should be cleaned, etched and primed with a bonding primer first.
